All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are given once your order has been placed.

 

Additional Requirements.

In addition to house plans, you will likely also need a site plan that plots the house on the property. Your home builder can usually help you with this. Additionally, you will need a framing layout which is typically provided complimentary by the lumber company that supplies your framing lumber.

 

Local Engineering Requirements.

Most regions have different engineering requirements. Prior to permitting, you may need to have your plans reviewed by a local professional to ensure they are in compliance with local codes. In some cases, you will need to hire a licensed structural engineer to review the design and provide additional details required by your building department.

 

Professional Stamp.

All stock house plans sold on this site do not include an architect or engineer’s stamp. If your building department requires one, you will need to hire a licensed architect or engineer to review and stamp the plans.

 

License.

When you purchase a plan on this site, you are granted a license to construct one and only one home based on the plan. This license is not transferable. You may not sell or otherwise transfer the plan to another. Epic House Plans maintains ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights to the plan. All of our plans are protected under the US Federal Copyright Act.

 

Website Use.

By using this website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. You must not use this website, if you have any objection to any of these website standard terms and conditions.

 

This website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this website if you are a minor.
